Qualifications

Must hold state Life & Health Insurance License or be in progress.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a business asset.
Proficiency with virtual meeting tech, cloud tools, and pipeline software.
Relentless drive and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

Initiate client contacts using digital outreach and warm lead platforms.
Analyze financial profiles to recommend whole life, term life, IULs, and retirement annuities.
Deliver high-impact virtual presentations guiding client decisions.
Maintain contact with policyholders for updates and beneficiary changes.
Engage in daily group coaching, product training, and executive mentorship.
