Qualifications
- State Life & Health Insurance License (required or in progress).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a lasting business asset.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting tech, cloud tools, and pipeline management software.
- Relentless drive, high integrity, and a deep commitment to serving client needs.
Responsibilities
- Initiate client contacts using proven digital outreach methods, warm lead platforms, and networking strategies.
- Analyze financial profiles to recommend suitable whole life, term life, IULs, and retirement annuities.
- Deliver high-impact virtual video presentations that guide clients toward actionable financial security decisions.
- Maintain continuous contact with policyholders, assisting with policy updates and beneficiary changes.
- Engage in daily group coaching, product training sessions, and executive mentorship.
