Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Life & Financial Solutions Specialist to build a remote agency career in life insurance and financial protection. You will initiate outreach, analyze client profiles, and present digital solutions from home.

Qualifications

Must have State Life & Health Insurance License (required or in progress).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a lasting business asset.
Proficiency with virtual meeting tech, cloud tools, and pipeline management software.
Relentless drive, high integrity, and a deep commitment to serving client needs.

Responsibilities

Initiate client contacts using proven digital outreach methods, warm lead platforms, and networking strategies.
Analyze financial profiles to recommend suitable whole life, term life, IULs, and retirement annuities.
Deliver high-impact virtual video presentations that guide clients toward actionable financial security decisions.
Maintain continuous contact with policyholders, assisting with policy updates and beneficiary changes.
Engage in daily group coaching, product training sessions, and executive mentorship.
