Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a Junior Life & Financial Solutions Specialist to build a remote agency career in life insurance. You will initiate client outreach, analyze financial profiles, and deliver compelling virtual presentations to guide financial decisions.

With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and license (or in progress), you will work 100% remotely with turnkey systems, marketing, and carrier access designed to maximize passive renewal revenue and earning potential.

Qualifications

State Life & Health Insurance License (required or in progress).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a lasting business asset.
Proficiency with virtual meeting tech, cloud tools, and pipeline management software.
Relentless drive, high integrity, and a deep commitment to serving client needs.

Responsibilities

Initiate client contacts using proven digital outreach methods, warm lead platforms, and networking strategies.
Analyze financial profiles to recommend suitable whole life, term life, IULs, and retirement annuities.
Deliver high-impact virtual video presentations that guide clients toward actionable financial security decisions.
Maintain continuous contact with policyholders, assisting with policy updates and beneficiary changes.
Engage in daily group coaching, product training sessions, and executive mentorship.
