Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Manager with Life & Annuity and Service Operations experience to support a large-scale merger planning and integration initiative. This remote consulting role partners with business and operational stakeholders to drive strategic planning and execution of the integration of retail life and annuity businesses.

Formación

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience within Life Insurance and/or Annuity operations.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate merger planning across life insurance, annuity, and service operations.
• Partner with leaders to define integration strategies, priorities and timelines.
• Drive governance, status reports, risk management, and executive communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify impacts and integration opportunities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities for execution.
• Support operating model assessments and process harmonization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
