Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience within Life Insurance and/or Annuity operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance service operations, policy administration, customer servicing, claims, or related operational functions.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across complex environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate merger planning activities across life insurance, annuity, and service operations functions.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define integration strategies, priorities, and timelines.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify operational impacts and integration opportunities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and critical path to ensure execution.
• Support operating model assessments, process harmonization, and readiness planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, meeting cadences, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operations for alignment during integration.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
