You will review files, analyze vendor billing, and coordinate with defense counsel and SIU teams to ensure timely, compliant resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of workers' compensation indemnity claims adjusting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files and summarize lien exposure, vendor involvement, and issues.
• Analyze vendor billing for discrepancies and obtain information for action.
• Make prompt decisions on lien issues; coordinate with defense counsel and SIU teams to resolve.
• Negotiate settlements with vendors/providers; refer to defense counsel when needed.
• Ensure caseload compliance with statutes, regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with all parties about outstanding issues.
