Job summary

Mood Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Washington for remote telehealth roles. This position offers pay-per-encounter and the support of Mood Health for client acquisition and administrative tasks.

You will provide therapy to adults, complete assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while receiving ongoing clinical supervision and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience with adults.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via secure telehealth platform.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with Lead Psychologist.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams as needed.
