• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Active Washington LICSW license or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of clinical therapy experience.
• Comfortable working remotely via telehealth.
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, EMDR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions.
• Complete psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations.
• Identify clinical concerns and determine next steps for care.
• Use therapeutic techniques during sessions.
• Provide brief interventions and practical skill-building.
• Keep clinical notes and required records current.
• Connect clients with external resources as needed.
• Participate in case consultations with other clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow LICSW requirements.
