Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a Massachusetts-licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for remote teletherapy. You will deliver virtual therapy to clients, manage a personal caseload, and coordinate with the care team while adhering to MA LICSW standards.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary, and full benefits. You will document thoroughly and ensure continuity of care for diverse mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts LICSW license
• MSW from an accredited program required
• Experience delivering therapy/clinical social work services preferred
• Strong written and spoken communication skills required
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHRs required

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy through scheduled virtual appointments
• Review client concerns, background, and history
• Address emotional, behavioral, and social factors affecting well-being
• Maintain current clinical notes and required records
• Follow up on concerns needing further attention
• Coordinate with care partners when appropriate
• Identify when additional services may help
• Maintain confidentiality per MA LICSW standards
