Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to adult clients throughout Minnesota. The LICSW will deliver therapy, assess client needs, and develop treatment plans in a remote telehealth setting, ensuring compassionate care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LICSW, LMFT or LPCC license.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
• Support clients experiencing mental health concerns, stress, and life changes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines.
