Job summary

Hired Remoteli is seeking a Licensed Data Entry contractor to support the Licensing department with data entry, licensing processing, and database maintenance. This remote role is LATAM-based, full-time hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and requires strong attention to detail and English proficiency.

You will review PDFs, submit to licensor websites, transcribe data, verify accuracy, generate basic reports, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review PDF uploads for approval.
• Request updates to make concepts approvable.
• Submit data to licensor websites.
• Check licensor websites for feedback.
• Relay feedback to relevant parties.
• Input, transcribe, and code data from various sources (handwritten forms, scanned documents, online surveys).
• Verify data accuracy and completeness, following established protocols.
• Update licensing information in the database.
• Provide administrative support to the Licensing department.
• Perform data cleaning and standardization tasks.
• Organize and categorize data in designated systems.
• Update existing data records as needed.
• Generate reports based on entered data (a plus).
• Adhere to strict data security and privacy protocols.
