Job summary

Hired Remoteli is a recruitment agency connecting LATAM talent with US employers for 100% remote roles. As a Licensed Data Entry specialist, you will process licenses, maintain databases, and support the Licensing department with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include data transcription from various sources, ensuring accuracy, updating licensing information, and generating basic reports. Requires a bachelor’s degree and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data entry software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review uploads on PDF for accuracy and approval.
• Submit data to licensor websites and check feedback.
• Input, transcribe, and code data from handwritten forms and scans.
• Update and maintain licensing data in databases.
• Generate reports and summaries from entered data (if needed).
• Provide administrative support to Licensing department.
• Adhere to data security and privacy protocols.
