Job summary

Verisk is seeking a Licensing & Contracting Forms Analyst to maintain and enhance the forms and data infrastructure for one of the insurance industry's leading SaaS solutions. This role blends insurance expertise with data mapping and technical work, focusing on accuracy and client success.

You will manage a large library of PDF forms, implement data-mapping logic using XSL/XML, and provide Tier One support to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have insurance industry licensing and contracting experience.
• Reading/writing XSL/XML code.
• Ability to interpret complex business rules and apply them to the forms code.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong phone and e-mail contact handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large library of PDF forms and associated business rules with exceptional attention to detail.
• Program data mapping logic into the forms catalog using XSL/XML code language.
• Act as Tier One Support contact for form and data-mapping updates/issues.
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming form and data-mapping related support and update requests.
• Resolves form and data-mapping problems by clarifying needs, determining cause, and explaining solutions.
