Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking highly motivated individuals for a fully remote role across the United States. You will receive comprehensive training, guide clients through enrollment in personalized supplemental benefits, and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.

A strong emphasis on service, relationship-building, and accurate documentation is expected, with ongoing mentorship and a clear path toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Obtain any necessary licenses to perform licensed activities (as applicable to the role)
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and using digital tools
• Customer service background is helpful but not required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and Windows laptop/PC with webcam
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Driven by helping others and a purpose-driven mission

Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Conduct client consultations virtually using Zoom
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and high-quality interactions
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
