Lincoln Mental and Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time role is open to LMFT, LPC, and LCSW licensed professionals who want to make a tangible difference.

You will deliver individual therapy using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans, with teletherapy options and supportive supervision to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Current and valid professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or PsyD.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, LMFT, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to engage clients with empathy, non-judgment, and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using structured interviews and standard tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
• Set collaborative goals with clients and monitor progress.
• Offer teletherapy options to improve accessibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with ethics and regulations.
