Job summary

Daybreak Health is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to adolescents and adults 11–60 across the United States. Fully remote role with flexible scheduling and a strong support system for referrals and caseload management.

Clinicians must be licensed in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The program emphasizes accessibility, diversity, and ongoing professional development while handling scheduling and billing logistics.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP).
• Experience with youth (11–60) and adults.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with remote care.

Responsibilities

• Foster supportive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy for adolescents and adults 11–60.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
