Daybreak Health in the United States is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide teletherapy to youth ages 11–24 in California. You will deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with schools, families, and community partners, and help students thrive.

This role requires California licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP). The position offers a tiered per-session pay ($75–$95), paid onboarding, bilingual differential, paid trainings, and fully remote scheduling with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California.
• Passion for youth mental health and commitment to equitable care.
• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11–24 in clinical or school settings.
• Comfortable with telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with youth to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to youth ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
