Daybreak Health is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to adolescents and adults 11-60 across California. Join a mission to remove barriers to care and deliver evidence-based care that helps clients thrive.

Fully remote, you’ll work with a flexible schedule and receive billing handled by Daybreak, with a tiered pay structure up to $95 per session and benefits like malpractice insurance, onboarding stipends, and ongoing CE credits.

Qualifications

• Must hold California licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or LP).
• Ability to provide teletherapy to ages 11–60.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, supportive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults 11–60.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
