Job summary

Daybreak Health is a telehealth company providing mental healthcare to adults 18-60. As a licensed therapist, you will deliver individual video therapy, set your schedule, and let our team handle logistics so you can focus on clients. You will work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.

with a California license. Expect at least 5 sessions per week, with no cap, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows, onboarding stipend, and ongoing professional support including malpractice insurance and free CE

Qualifications

• Active California license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults 18–60.
• Build steady, trusting relationships with clients.
• Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. with California licensure.
• See a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with no cap.
