Job summary

Daybreak Health is a telehealth company providing mental healthcare to adults 18-60. As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll deliver individual teletherapy by video, while setting your schedule and letting us handle logistics for reliable access to care.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with a California license, treating mild-to-moderate needs, and committing to culturally responsive, equitable care.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults.
• Comfort with telehealth and experience delivering it.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults 18-60.
• Build steady, trusting relationships with clients.
• Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., as long as you’re licensed to practice in California.
• See a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with no cap.
• Maintain a high caseload fill rate (approx. 96%).
