Seasoned Recruitment is recruiting for a nationwide telehealth mental health practice offering flexible, remote outpatient care. You’ll build your own schedule, manage your caseload with full administrative and billing support, and focus on direct clinical care from a private home workspace.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) and an active NPI number. A HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform is provided to deliver evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered state license for independent clinical practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Credentials: Active NPI number and clean background check
• Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, computer with camera/microphone, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, or family) via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Complete clinical documentation, intake assessments, and treatment plans in an integrated EHR
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy tailored to client needs
