Job summary

Thriveworks in California is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy in the evenings and on weekends, serving diverse clients across the state.

Candidates must be independently licensed in California (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD), commit to at least 15 hours weekly and 10 sessions, and be comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools. Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and offers orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW or PhD).
• Available for at least 15 hours weekly with 10 sessions.
• Open to treating varied clients including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate telehealth therapy to CA clients.
• Maintain evidence-based care and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with care team and use EHR for documentation.
