Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical - California, P.C. is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate telehealth therapy to clients in California. You must be independently licensed (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.

Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, enabling you to focus on care. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with CA licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD).
• Able to provide telehealth across California with reliable weekly availability.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to CA clients.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Document care in EHR and coordinate with care teams.
