Job summary

Mood Health is hiring a Telehealth Therapist: Associate Clinician to provide remote mental health services from California. You will conduct video-based sessions, assess clients, and contribute to treatment planning while building strong therapeutic relationships.

In this role you’ll work remotely, with supervision hours and a flexible schedule. We offer a patient-focused environment and support for clinicians handling diverse caseloads with seamless practice operations.

Qualifications

• Associate license required (MFT or LCSW).
• Experience delivering telehealth sessions preferred.
• Must reside in California; able to work remotely within CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions on our platform.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients.
• Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in supervisory hours.
• Deliver 20+ sessions per week.
