We emphasize evidence-based care, collaboration among therapists and prescribers, and regular case discussions. Applicants should hold active licenses in served states and may need additional licenses as service areas expand.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one state we serve (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support patient access and BlueSky's growing service areas.
• Accepted licenses include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC or other equivalent licenses recognized in the states we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services remotely from the home via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Maintain high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care and timely documentation.
