Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients nationwide. Independent licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) is required, with 25 sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability.

You’ll treat a broad client base, including couples and children, and use modern clinical technology and EHR tools. We handle credentialing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus orientation and training.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Indiana.

Compensation

Up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
