Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists for full-time telehealth outpatient services. Work from home with a 100% remote schedule (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT or 10am–7pm CT). Base salary plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and an annual stipend for growth and education opportunities.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure, US work authorization without sponsorship, HIPAA-compliant private workspace, and English fluency (Spanish preferred). We encourage bilingual candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship now or in the future.
• Work from home space must be private for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Utilize assessments and client progress to guide care.
