Ideal candidates have a professional architecture degree, licensure, and strong knowledge of healthcare codes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Active architectural licensure preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare planning, design, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes and building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and consultant coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and documentation for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, regulations, and AHJ requirements.
• Produce and manage high-quality Revit-based construction documents.
• Collaborate directly with project leadership and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
