Job summary

Transitional Living Solutions is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote-based team in Mesa, Arizona. The role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually and focuses on delivering high-quality counseling to a diverse client base via telehealth.

Requirements include an active AZ LPC license, a master’s/doctoral degree in counseling or psychology, and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active and unrestricted Arizona LPC license essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in clinical/outpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in EMR systems in line with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in mental health.
