Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver integrated care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their specific mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic, integrated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health, participating in workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
