Job summary

Renewed Purpose Social Services in Yuma, AZ, invites a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our fully remote mental health team. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and couples across the region, using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and SFBT approaches.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology, an active Arizona LPC license, and at least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as an LPC in Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in community or outpatient settings.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with diverse clients.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and tools for therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise customized therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals, families, and couples (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, SFBT).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with case managers and healthcare providers for holistic care.
