Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LPC, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive, professional relationships to promote effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and treatment adjustments, including planning for discharge when necessary.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments that encompass psychosocial histories, treatment goals, and immediate needs.
• Conducting individual therapy sessions each week tailored to the client’s needs and preferences.
• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment strategies that support overall client health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, email platforms, and practice management software.
• A track record of providing individual and family psychotherapy services.
