Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a remote Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) to provide top-tier customer experiences from home. The role supports one of the world’s best-known brands with training, career growth, and diverse team collaboration. You must have a P&C license, US residency, 18+, and solid CS skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Active P&C insurance license
• Strong computer navigation and PC skills
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written format
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem-solving skills
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Responsibilities

• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
• Demonstrate a strong reading and comprehension of program materials.
• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and/or amended enrollments.
• Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
