Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks a Licensed Outpatient Clinician for Per Diem and Part Time remote work in MA. You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy, collaborate with other providers, and support diverse clients while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited college or university.
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required and licensed in MA.
• At least one year of outpatient experience post graduation with Master’s Degree.
• Must have completed an Internship during Masters Program to obtain 45 credits.
• CANS Certification preferred (can be obtained after hiring).
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources.
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule.
