Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time outpatient clinic, is seeking licensed clinicians or those working toward licensure for child and adolescent therapy in Haverhill, MA. The role offers a 6-week ramp-up, per diem options, and a hybrid schedule to build caseload and balance work-life needs.

We provide individual, group, and family therapy, supervision, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities, with a strong emphasis on collaborative care and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field.
• LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT eligible.
• Experience with child and adolescent clients.
• Internship completed during Masters to obtain 45 credits.
• CANS Certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring).
• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services, and other community agencies and resources.
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule.
