Consciousabraxas, a Florida-based mental health company, is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and couples across licensed states while maintaining a W-2 status and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria for assessments and diagnostic impressions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director for case consultation and guidance.
