True Financial Lending seeks experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for our headquarters in Southfield. This full-time, inside-sales role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans, not hunting for business, with dedicated live leads delivered to you daily and flexible pay plans.

Receive live-transfer leads, evaluate borrowers, and guide applicants through the application and pre-approval process.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
