Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required in listed states.
• Minimum 1 year of recent mortgage origination experience.
• Strong organization and self-motivation are essential.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and computer.
• Proficiency with mortgage software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified mortgage clients and assist with loan applications.
• Educate borrowers on loan options, rates, and terms.
• Originate loans in licensed states with diverse products.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation.
• Partner with processing and underwriting to close loans quickly.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process.
