Ascend Healthcare seeks a Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to deliver remote counseling through telemedicine for California patients. Candidates must hold an active CA license and be comfortable with remote work, trauma-focused modalities, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and California.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Trained and/or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic-Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, and CPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, formulate treatment plans, and document care per regulatory standards.
• Deliver telemedicine services to patients via remote platforms.
• Participate in case planning with multidisciplinary team and ongoing supervision.
