Ascend Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) to provide remote counseling to patients through telemedicine for partner Community Health Centers. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted CA behavioral health license and be able to work remotely.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapies, documenting care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and stabilization.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in CA.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Trained in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, CPT, etc.
• Clinical provider with telemedicine experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling using evidence-based modalities via telemedicine.
• Engage patients in treatment planning and coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
