Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in West Virginia is seeking a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LPC/LMFT/LICSW) for a full-time telehealth role.

You will conduct initial evaluations, provide individual therapy via secure telehealth, and set treatment goals. You will manage ongoing cases, complete progress notes, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with WV standards. This remote position offers weekday hours and strong support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in West Virginia as LMFT, LPC or LICSW.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work.
• Experience in community, telehealth or outpatient behavioral settings.
• Technically proficient with EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and review relevant client history.
• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions.
• Establish treatment goals based on clinical findings and client needs.
• Manage ongoing cases and review changes throughout treatment.
• Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation.
• Refer clients for additional services when a different level of care is needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with West Virginia licensing and professional standards.
