Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed mental health professionals for fully remote positions in Virginia. This role accepts LMFT, LPC, and LCSW licenses, focusing on ongoing therapy via telehealth and strong clinical judgment.

You will conduct direct client care, maintain documentation, and adhere to Virginia requirements while working standard hours, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT or Psychology required.
• Licensed to practice independently (LMFT, LPC or LCSW).
• Proven therapy experience and treatment planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Complete intake evaluations and review client history.
• Establish treatment goals based on clinical needs.
• Provide therapy using appropriate methods for each case.
• Maintain progress notes and clinical records.
• Review client needs and adjust treatment as needed.
• Coordinate referrals or additional services when necessary.
• Follow Virginia licensing, ethics and confidentiality requirements.
