You will conduct scheduled individual sessions, complete intakes, set treatment goals, apply evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and ensure confidentiality while complying with Virginia telehealth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or Psychology.
• Active licensure LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Experience in therapy delivery and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication in virtual settings.
• Proficient with online therapy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Complete clinical intakes and assessments.
• Establish treatment goals and care plans.
• Apply therapeutic interventions based on client presentation and clinical judgment.
• Evaluate treatment progress and modify care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case consultation and care coordination as needed.
• Address safety concerns per clinical procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Virginia licensing and telehealth requirements.
