Job summary

South Texas Mental Health Associates in San Antonio, TX is seeking a licensed therapist to join our clinician-led, integrated mental health team in an outpatient setting. You will deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and collaborate with board-certified physician leadership to provide patient-centered care.

Candidates should hold a current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Texas, have 1–3 years of clinical experience, and be comfortable leading individual and group therapies.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a therapeutic role.
• Proper certification and licensing.
• State license current, unrestricted, in Texas (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate clinical information to patients, referring providers and families.
• Document patient-related information in a timely manner.
• Lead individual and group therapies as needed.
