Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT in California.
• Experience with solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for therapeutic relationships and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking to handle complex clinical situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with collaboration and supportive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including CBT and DBT to support client progress.
• Maintain detailed, HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve service quality.
• Educate clients and families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements to refine practice.
