Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide remote care for adolescents and young adults. Roles offer part-time or full-time W-2 arrangements with flexible scheduling in a virtual setting.

Applicants should be licensed or pre-licensed, hold a Master’s in mental health, and be comfortable using cloud tools and EMR systems. Texas licensure is required, with in-office duties in Austin when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth/young adults preferred.
• Availability 12–40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Part-time or full-time W-2 positions with flexible scheduling.
• Deliver care while collaborating with care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Maintain licensure, documentation, and ongoing professional development.
