Job summary

Charlie Health Clinical is seeking a part-time clinician to provide remote telehealth services for adolescent and young adult clients. A Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required, with experience working with youth.

The role emphasizes engaging, relational care and frequent collaboration with the treatment team. Applicants should be comfortable using Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software daily, and be available for late afternoons, evenings, and

Experience working with youth and young adults.
Creative and engaging, especially over video.

Responsibilities

Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in.
Follow all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices.
Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision with peers and Clinical Leadership.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and on Saturdays to meet the schedules of our adolescent and young adult clients.
