Charlie Health in Richmond, VA is looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote telehealth services tailored for adolescent and young adult clients. This role offers flexibility, allowing for both part-time and full-time schedules, with evening availability needed for full-time positions.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in mental health or a related field and have experience working with youth. Join a passionate team focused on providing in-depth healing and support in mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.
• Participate in case discussions to develop skills.
• Collaborate and engage effectively on video.

Skills

Integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR)
