Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists/counselors to provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions are full-time W-2 with 40 hours per week and evening availability.

You will collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team to ensure high-quality care and program delivery. We seek experienced clinicians who can integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) and are committed to serving youth in a remote but connected care

Qualifications

• Independently licensed counselors only.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth/young adults preferred.
• Availability 12–40 hours/week (part-time or full-time W-2).
• Familiar with cloud tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Work full-time W-2; 40 hours/week.
• Available evenings to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Admissions & Assessment team to support client care.
